Where it began
Fräulein Sweet began with my grandmother’s recipe for German candied almonds. After she passed away, continuing to make them became a way of honouring her and sharing a small piece of the warmth and tradition I grew up with in Germany.
Today, I carry that tradition forward, preparing each batch fresh on site for weddings, celebrations and events across Perth.
